Electric egg beater, hand hold electric cream stir machine, home use portable egg and milk mixing equipment. Initially I was a little skeptical of buying this product firstly because I had never heard of the brand before and secondly because other reputed brands were selling the same thing at double the price. But after reading the reviews I decided to buy it anyway. Best decision ever! This electric hand-beater is wonderful for making cake batter and whips very well. The design of the machine makes it very easy to use. Cleaning up is a dream thanks to the "Eject" button on the blender. This product comes with two kinds of attachments. A whisk attachment to help whip eggs or cake batter and dough kneading hooks. I have not tried this machine to knead dough but have used it to whip eggs and mix cake batter.
