This clothes garment rack is made of steel and durable ABS plastic material, which is very sturdy when put it together. The upgaded load capacity for this clothing rack is up to 40 kg in total. 15 kg for the bent pole, 25 kg for the vertical poles.

ঢাকা সিটির মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৫০ টাকা। ঢাকার বাইরে সব স্থানে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১০০ টাকা। ঢাকার বাইরে পণ্য অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারী চার্জটি আগে বিকাশ করতে হবে। বাকি টাকা প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার পর দিতে হবে। কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসে পণ্য পাঠানোর পর এর স্লিপ নাম্বার আপনাকে ইনবক্সে সরবরাহ করা হবে।আমাদের ডেলিভারী প্রসেসঃ
আমাদের নিজস্ব ডেলিভারী ম্যান নেই। আমরা থার্ড পার্টি সার্ভিস দ্বারা ডেলিভারী দিয়ে থাকি। তাই আমরা ১ থেকে ২ দিন সময় নিয়ে থাকি। অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার মোবাইল চালু রাখবেন। ডেলিভারী ম্যান আপনাকে কল দিলে অনুগ্রহ করে পণ্যটি সংগ্রহ করে নিবেন।ডেলিভারীর সময় করণীয়ঃ
যেহেতু আমরা থার্ড পার্টি ডেলিভারী সার্ভিস দ্বারা পণ্য ডেলিভারী দিয়ে থাকি, তাই অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারী নেওয়ার সময় পণ্যটি চেক করে নিবেন। পণ্যে কোন ত্রুটি দেখলে বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে বা পণ্য সংখ্যা ঠিক না থাকলে, অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারী ম্যানের সামনে থাকা অবস্থায় আমাদেরকে জানাতে হবে (01733-986828 – সকাল ১০ টা থেকে সন্ধ্যা ৬ টা)। ডেলিভারী ম্যান চলে গেলে পণ্যটি ফেরত আনা অথবা পাল্টে দেয়া আমাদের জন্য কষ্ট সাধ্য হয়ে যায়।ডেলিভারী চার্জঃ
